1993 24 uur / hours Le Mans
		Er was zo weinig belangstelling voor het wereldkampioenschap sportscars dat de FIA er vlak voor aanvang van het seizoen de stekker uit trok. De 24 uur van Le Mans werd zo een non-championship evenement, wat het tot op heden nog steeds is. There were so little entrants for the Sportscar World Championship that the FIA decided to skip it just before the start of the season. Le Mans became a non-championship event, and still is.
